Every year we have Chili on Halloween. It's cold here, so we love something easy and warm. Chris, at Celebrations at Home posted this Chili Bar a while back. I'm sure you've seen it on Pinterest...
My kids love eating the chili and Fritos right out of the bag. It's a perfect dinner for in between tick-or-treating rounds.. (My kids go out for "round two" after they dump candy at home...)
